From 13th Street, head east on NW 23rd Avenue (towards 6th Street and Wards Market). Turn left/north on NW 8th Street. Make an immediate left into the parking lot. Note: you will only see number 808 from 23rd Avenue.

From 6th Street, head west on NW 23rd Avenue. Turn right/north on NW 8th Sreet. Make an immediate left into the parking lot. You will see a sign for Betty Hilgendorf Realty on the corner of 23rd Ave and 8th Street.

There is plenty of parking. Our office is the third dark brown building on your right. Come in, have a seat, and we will find you shortly.
